新進気鋭のベーシスト、Kazuki Takahashiとの共作アルバム。現代的なジャズ・フュージョン・ロックと、古典的な日本音楽の融合は、留学経験のあるKazuki Takahashiと日本各地を旅したYui Asagaiが手を取ったからこそ出来上がったもの。
レコーディングは神戸市内のスタジオで、グランドピアノを使っての収録を敢行。”farewell song”と銘打たれたアルバムの、新しくもどこか物悲しい音色に仕上がった。
